Control Panel update - renewable SSL certificates!
Annual website failures commonly occur when SSL certificates are left to expire. Site owners or managers simply are not aware that their SSL certificates are expiring. In an effort to solve this problem for its resellers, HEXONET will now be sending out expiration notifications, enabling SSL certificate renews through the Control Panel, and allowing multi-year SSL registrations and renewals.Renewal Notices:
Starting on October 1st, 2009, SSL certificates renewal notices will be sent out 30, 14, and 5 days prior to expiration.
Control Panel:
Registration of new SSL certificates (additional certificates) of existing certificates can be done via the Control Panel by navigating to "Manage Products > SSL Certs". Renewal will be possible as of Oct 1st.
Multi-year registrations and renewals:
For peace of mind and not having to worry about renewals for at least a couple of years, HEXONET suggests registering/renewing SSL certificates for multiple years. The specific rates for multi-year SSL certificate registrations and renewals can be found at our official price list.
